Delhi Police arrested a 30-year-old law faculty member of Delhi University on the charge of misbehaving and assaulting a police constable in Campus Law Centre on Monday afternoon. The arrest was made on Monday night and a case has been registered. Police said Rakesh Meena slapped the constable when police personnel were speaking to a few protesters.
