A constable with the UP Police was found dead in a Honda City on Sunday,after he fell asleep in the parked vehicle with the air-conditioner switched on for close to eight hours. Pushpendra Singh (52),a resident of Muzaffarpur,was posted at the district court in Surajpur. Police said Singh parked the car as he was in a severely inebriated condition. As he was driving back to his house in Police Lines in his sons Honda City in an inebriated state,he stopped the car and went to sleep around 2.30 pm. He was alone in the car. Around 8 pm,residents of the area went to inspect the car,as it had been standing there with the engine on for hours. They found him slumped over in the drivers seat and called police, said Arjun Singh,SHO of the Surajpur Police station.
