Bulk offers on flats to discounts: Here’s DDA’s new offering to woo potential buyers
The authority meeting was chaired by Delhi Lieutenant Governor V K Saxena, who is also the chairman of the DDA.

In a bid to woo potential buyers, the Delhi Development Authority is now offering its Middle Income Group (MIG) flats in Narela’s Sector A1 to A4 at a discounted rate.
According to officials, the general public can avail of a 15% discount, whereas employees of central government, state government, and government autonomous bodies will be offered a 25% discount on these flats.
“Sector A1-A4 is well connected with its proximity to the GT Karnal Road, Urban Extension Road-II and the proposed Metro line. This incentive scheme will enable the middle class as well as government employees to fulfill their dreams of owning a decent-sized flat in Delhi,” DDA officials said.
After a meeting, the DDA also announced that it will now allow non-governmental legal entities to purchase its properties in bulk. This means that any private entity with a registered office in Delhi-NCR can purchase flats in bulk to be used as residential staff quarters or hostels, officials said.
The DDA, in a statement, said such a policy will enable the growth and development of private, industrial, educational and other sectors in upcoming areas like Narela.
Meanwhile, 246 Lower Income Group (LIG) flats in Ramgarh Colony will be offered at a 15% lower price — ranging between Rs 14 lakh and Rs 15 lakh – under the First Come First Serve (FCFS) programme of the Diwali Special Housing Scheme 2023.
The LIG flats had earlier been offered under the Special Housing Scheme 2021.
The authority meeting was chaired by Delhi Lieutenant Governor V K Saxena, who is also the chairman of the DDA.
