The image of Lord Buddha and its interpretations are imprinted on merchandise available around town on books,T-shirts,key rings,water flasks,jewellery,bags and Thangka paintings. Even as some wait to listen to His Holiness the 14th Dalai Lama at the 5th Penguin India Annual Lecture,on December 3,others are shopping in markets like Khan Market and Janpath,where stores have stocked funky Buddha products.
