4 held for assaulting man in road rage in outer Delhi

He posted footage taken by the dashboard camera showing the accused slapping and abusing him in the middle of the road. Jangra can be seen pleading with the accused, despite which they keep abusing and beating the victim.

A senior police officer said that swift action was taken on the matter after the victim uploaded the video of the incident on Twitter and the accused were identified through the dash cam video. DCP (Outer) Harendra Singh said that the four men were held along with their bikes.

An officer said the victim had objected to the use of a dipper on the road by the men which resulted in a scuffle.
