25 students from J&K visit Delhi

Twenty-five students from the Valley are on an educational tour to different parts of the country.

Twenty-five students from the Valley are on an educational tour to different parts of the country. The tour is called the ‘Paigam e Aman’. The Pir Panjal Brigade of the Indian Army Northern Command has organised this tour for students from remote villages of Jammu and Kashmir. The group will travel to Delhi,Agra and Jaipur from October 10 to 23. The tour was flagged off from Kashmir on October 10 and the group reached the Capital on October 13.

According to a statement,the tour aims to expose the young generation to diversity and rich socio-cultural heritage of the country and to give them a perspective on avenues for personal growth and imbibe a sense of belonging.
