Close on the heels of announcing its exclusive national music awards property with the Indian Music Academy the Big IMA Awards Reliance Broadcast Networks radio arm,92.7 Big FM is all set to present Dareclub Big Punjabi Music Awards 2010. A platform to recognise and celebrate outstanding talent in Punjabi music,these awards will journey from the yesteryears to todays latest Punjabi music.

Singers and musicians of national and international fame have sprung from Punjab. Due to its versatility and rich traditional content,Punjabi music has become an integral part of the Bollywood film industry, says Siddharth Bhardwaj,VP,North,Reliance Broadcast Network Ltd,adding how these awards will honour every field including bhangra,gidha,suif and jugni among others. There is a special Shiv Kumar Lifetime Achievement Award too, he adds.
