Top Haryana official hurt in road mishap

A top official of the Haryana government was injured when his car collided with a truck near the Naggal police station on the Ambala-Hisar national highway late Wednesday evening. According to information,Pushpraj Singh,MD of HLRDC,was on his way to Chandigarh from Hisar. The driver and other staff accompanying him stopped on the way to answer nature’s call; Singh chose to stay on in the car. A speeding truck that was coming from behind rammed the car,damaging it. Singh had a lucky escape as he sustain minor injuries. He was rushed to the civil hospital in Ambala city. The police have registered a case.
