Nursing a frozen shoulder,violinist Surendra Singh releases his second music album Paisa Paisa
Everytime we see ourselves near the finishing line,we should start thinking of the next race, says violinist Surendra Singh,who was in the city for the launch of his album Paisa Paisa,that comes after a break of three years.
Produced by Venus Records,the album comprises seven tracks. Says Singh,These depict various facets of life. The title track Paisa Paisa talks about our love for money and Chal Mere Bhaiya Gaon Mein asks villagers to stop struggling in cities and go back to their village and make the most of the beautiful life there. The romantic numbers include Dekh Ke Teri Ada,Ek Aag Lage Man Mein and Are Bheega Bheega Yeh Mausam. The song Mahi Meine Tujhe Dil Diya is dedicated to cricketer Mahendra Singh Dhoni.
The composer has also worked with youngsters for the the album. He shares that the title track Paisa Paisa has been sung by Asmita Garg,a 14-year-old girl from Patiala,who has performed in MH1s Nikki Awaaz Punjab Di. The album also introduces other talented singers such as Abhilasha Chellum,Vaibhav Bhatnagar and Keshav Prasad and lyricists Anand Tripathi,Alok Chaudhary and Ninu Attra, informs Singh,promising that the new release is a perfect blend of western beats and melodious tracks.
