She’s out of The jungle!

“It was my first show,my first stint with television,and all I can say is that it was not so good,not so bad,” she did enjoy the tasks (still wondering which one though!),her nok-jhok with the participants and the occasional clouds of controversy. “They were a curious lot,and wanted to know everything about Chand and me. Palak and Shweta kept prying,asking for details,but I maintained my dignity and silence for I don’t believe in such gossip,” she says adding how she refused to wear the yellow tee,and instead opted for a shirt,and even requested for a private bathing place. “I’m a private person,and I’m too complicated to share anything. The show producers kept telling me to talk,interact,and share stuff,but it was difficult for me to mix up,” tells Fiza. Being from the world of media,the other contestants,she feels,were more camera conscious. “I’m not. I’m a straight forward,blunt person with a short temper,” which we could make out from her demeanour in the show when she was made the leader for the week. On the controversy over the tasks and food,Fiza says it was real. “We had no sugar or salt,and quantity of food was less. To top it,I’m a vegetarian,so it was pretty frustrating,” she says.

So,now that she’s back,what next? “Well,right now I’ll celebrate my birthday with my mother,” she smiles. And television? “Not at all,it will be politics.”

When she entered the show,she had said,“Jab Fiza apne tewar dikhati hai tab chand aur suraj chhup jatein hai!” Pretty dramatic,however,over the last few days,Fiza’s made her presence felt on national telly.
