School bus rams into divider

A KB DAV Senior Secondary Public School,Sector 7 school bus rammed into the divider at the Sector 34/35 light point today at 2.45 pm. Gurpreet Singh,the bus driver,was driving behind a Maruti car at the light point. There was rush due to rain and the Maruti took a sudden turn which was not anticipated by the bus driver. In order to avoid an accident,the bus turned sharply and hit the road divider.

One student suffered minor injuries in the incident. Shankit,8,who was sitting inside the bus,was displaced by the impact of sudden braking and and was thrown forward. He hurt himself against a seat.
