Scholars slam UNESCO report

Scholars and proponents of Punjabi who are participating in the inaugural session of the two-day international conference on “Transnational Punjabi Literature and Culture: Challenges and Opportunities” on Sunday brushed aside the UNESCO report about Punjabi language getting extinct in the next few years. The conference has been organised by the Punjabi University’s World Punjabi Centre in collaboration of Sahitya Academy.
