The programme, which is mainly silent on infrastructural development apart from mentioning some roads, does not talk of avenues from which more revenue will be generated.

Manpreet Badal, who has always opposed the populist agenda of SAD(B) and for which he lefst the party,is silent on subsidies, talks of removing farmers from agriculture and providing them with employment in industries which will set up in rural areas. However,it does not talk of how these farmers will be equipped with skills to work in the industrial units.

Free health check up for students, fixing accountability of teachers, free treatment in government-run hospitals, tax holidays to industrial units in rural areas among others are some of the highlights of the programme.
