Taking on the ruling AAP government in Punjab, he said during a rally, “People in Rajasthan think that farmers in Punjab are rich and happy. But the reality is different. Farmers in Punjab are upset with the government and are rather attracted to the facilities being provided by the Ashok Gehlot government. You must vote for Gehlot-led Congress government yet again which is giving you free treatment worth Rs 25 lakh for poor patients suffering from cancer while it is only Rs 1.5 lakh in Punjab. Congress government in Rajasthan has provided many facilities. Therefore, they deserve to be back again.”

As voting in Rajasthan is scheduled for November 25, more Punjab leaders will be seen in Rajasthan after November 15 in the last leg of campaign, according to sources in AAP, BJP and Congress.
