Man kills daughter to frame rival

A man killed his 13-year-old daughter in Panipat on Thursday,his motive being to implicate another man of the murder,the police said. Zahid and the man he allegedly wanted to frame are labourers at a brick kiln. Zahid’s son had eloped with the daughter of the other labourer,who had then filed abduction charges. Zahid feared he and his son would be arrested and apparently thought they could avoid arrest if the other labourer was accused in a murder,police said. Zahid,who is absconding,has 10 children,four daughters and six sons. He allegedly murdered his daughter Salma in Israna,Panipat and a murder case has been filed against him.
