Shergill sought directions for restraining Gurgaon Commissioner of Police and his junior staff from manipulating and cancelling the FIR,as the scam is worth more than Rs 3000 crore.
The petitioner has also sought directions to to the CBI and other respondents to act against the then society president Capt DS Giare.
Shergill said that an FIR,dated January 29,2009,was registered on charges of forgery, cheating and criminal conspiracy at Sector 18 police station against Captain Giare based on the complaint of Assistant Registrar of Co-operative Societies,Devinder Beniwal.
Despite this,no action has been taken despite enormity of the scam perpetrated by the accused in connivance with the builder and other parties,he added
The petition reads the conduct of Captain DS Giare and the then managing committee had throughout been shrouded in mystery and all their actions had been aimed towards siphoning of the land of the society and enrich themselves and the builder in collaborative connivance.
