The summer shopping festival organised by DLF City Centre Mall at IT Park has concluded with Phagwara-based homemaker Tina Singh winning the grand prize of an all-paid trip to Malaysia. Along with Singh,Ashok Bansal of Manimajra bagged the second prize of a LCD TV. The summer shopping festival kicked off at the Mall on June 20 and despite the summer heat and subdued market mood,the festival proved to be a huge success. Shoppers not only from Tricity,but also from different cities of Punjab and Haryana thronged the City Centre Mall. During the festival,there was an assured prize for those purchasing items worth Rs 500 and more. Apart from that,shoppers had a chance of winning mega prizes like LCD TVs and a bumper prize of the all-paid trip to Malaysia for a couple. Lucky draws for the prizes were held on June 27,July 4 and July 5. Brands like Mufti,Madame,Puma,Pepe,Black,Arrow,Levis,Lilliput,Wonderland,Ovenfresh,Subway,Baskin Robbins and Vibes participated in the festival. The summer shopping festival has been a big success,both in terms of footfall and actual purchases, spoke a visibly pleased chief manager of DLF City Centre Mall,Mahim Singh.
