HC notices to Punjab on residents’ complaints

In the first case,one Prem Kumar Pathan,resident of Amritsar has alleged that an inspector-level officer is harassing him and trying to malign his image. In the second case,one Jaswinder Singh,resident of Moga,has alleged that in a case registered by him in Moga,Punjab Police are not recording his statements.

The Punjab government was issued notices on the two by the High Court.
