No 2-finger test, free education for rape survivors' children: Jharkhand HC issues landmark guidelines

The Jharkhand High Court directed the state to appoint nodal officers to ensure free and compulsory education for children born out of rape incidents till Class 12, and provide scholarships if they got selected in IITs, NITs, AIIMs or IIMs.
