Chief Minister Prem Kumar Dhumal,on Monday,urged the Centre to provide a special package of Rs 2,000 crore to meet the committed liabilities of Himachal Pradesh. The demand was raised with Union Minister of state Ashwani Kumar. Dhumal said the interests of the state need to be appreciated by the Centre in the right perspective and should be treated as a special category state
