The chandigarh Police organised a cybersecurity event at Sukhna Lake here on Saturday to bring awareness among the general public about the dos and don'ts related to cybercrimes and other cyber trends. The programme was held as part of the Cyber Swachhta Mission to mark the National Cyber Security Month – 2023. Hundred students, including cyber interns, from different colleges participated. A 'nukkad natak' was staged and a rally of cyber interns was organised as part of the programme at Sukhna Lake. SP (cyber) Ketan Bansal was the chief guest. He said if anyone becomes a victim of any kind of cybercrime, he should immediately report it to police by calling National Cyber Helpline 1930, 112 or make a complaint through website www.cybercrime.gov.in.
