24-yr-old student hangs self

A 24-year-old engineering student committed suicide by hanging himself at his residence in Sector 34 on Sunday morning. The deceased has been identified as Ranchit Goel. He was reportedly suffering from depression. Ranchit was doing engineering from Shaheed Udham Singh College of Engineering and Technology,Tangori.

According to Police,Ranchit was to appear in his compartment examination on Monday. On Sunday morning,his mother woke him up at 4 am so that he could study. When she returned at around 6 am,Ranchit had committed suicide.
