The state government has decided to hold two seminars with a focus on Dholera smart city project and environment during the Vibrant Gujarat Global Summit (VGGS) that will commence on January 10.
The first seminar — Dholera: A Greenfield Smart City for Smart Businesses — was announced by Supreet Singh Gulati, the managing director of Dholera Industrial City Development Limited.
The seminar will be an important platform for stakeholders to understand and engage in discussions on investing in the Greenfield Smart City.
The second seminar — Towards Net Zero — was announced by Forest and Environment Department Principal Secretary Sanjeev Kumar.
It will be held at Mahatma Mandir on January 12. “…inspired by the national commitment to combating the global issue of climate change…the seminar aims to bring together global and national leaders to share their insights on Net Zero, decarbonisation of the economy and carbon trading,” an official release stated quoting Kumar.
