The CM said this while inaugurating the 18th property show of Gujarat Institute of Housing and Estate Developers (GIHED) organised by the Confederation of Real Estate Developers’ Association of India (CREDAI), Ahmedabad.
On the upcoming consecration of Ram Mandir in Ayodhya, Patel said currently, everyone is immersed in Ram and the atmosphere is similar to the one that must have been when Lord Ram returned to Ayodhya from Sri Lanka.
Meanwhile, CREDAI Ahmedabad officials put forth some of their demands before the CM during the event. They demanded getting 10-15 per cent free floor space index (FSI) and 10-15 per cent rebate on plan passing fees on building green buildings and measuring the FSI as per RERA (Real Estate Regulatory Authority) Carpet Area, instead of the built-up area while passing the plan.
CM Patel said he was aware of the issues and assured that a solution will be brought in expeditiously without making it difficult for the developers or the government.
The property show has been organised at Ganesh Ground in Thaltej of Ahmedabad and more than 400 properties of over 60 developers are on display. The show will go on till January 7.
