Illegal sand mining: Eleven trucks seized by Savli cops

Savli police seized 11 trucks,loaded with sand at Gulabpura village,after it was found that the miner continued to mine despite his licence having expired. In all,trucks and sand,worth Rs 60.4 lakh,were seized and 11 persons detained. The police said the licence obtained in the name of Manubhai Vanzara had expired a day ago and was invalid. Investigation is on.
