Space manufacturing cluster to be developed at Gujarat’s Sanand
Chief Minister Bhupendra Patel stated that Gujarat government will provide complete support for infrastructure development for industries in both land and space-related sectors.

Gujarat’s Sanand city will soon be home to a new space manufacturing hub.
A Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) was signed between the Indian National Space Promotion and Authorisation Center IN-SPACe — an autonomous entity under the Department of Space, Government of India — and the Government of Gujarat, for the development of a space manufacturing cluster at the city near Ahmedabad.
As per the agreement inked on Wednesday, IN-SPACe is positioned to establish its central offices in Sanand to spearhead the development of a Space Manufacturing Cluster, stated an official statement.
Within this cluster, diverse manufacturing enterprises linked to space technology will launch their operations, with In-Space offering support and technical guidance. To facilitate this endeavour, IN-SPACe will also manage a Technical Support and Incubation Center at its headquarters in Bhopal.
