A majority of schools in Ahmedabad recorded 100 per cent success as the Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) declared results on Friday.

At the Delhi Public School Bopal, students were jubilant and upbeat as they celebrated the Class 12 results. Around 84 per cent of students passed with distinction, and a total of 107 students secured over 90 per cent. The school average is 84.20 per cent; 42 students recorded perfect scores in Psychology, Business Studies, Computer Science, Accountancy, Political Science, Economics, Chemistry, and Commercial Art.

Among the toppers are Paridhi Bhambhani who topped the Humanities stream with 98.6 per cent, and Arshia Adhya of the Science stream who scored 97.6 per cent. Vedika Mittal and Prem Chhatbar are Commerce stream toppers as they secured 97.4 per cent. “The result is a tribute to the hard work of the pupils, the support of their parents and teachers, and the excellence of education offered at DPS Bopal,” said Principal Sabina Sawhney.

In Class 10, the school scored 100 per cent success as 86 per cent students passed with distinction, and 196 students were awarded over 90 per cent.

There were 19 perfect 100s in French, Mathematics Science, Sanskrit, IT, and AI. School toppers – Anushka Shekhawat and Neev Mit Mankad – secured 99.40 per cent while Drishti Ranjan secured 98.80 per cent and Himanshu Nariya bagged the third position at 98.60 per cent.

Prakash School in Ahmedabad too scored 100 per cent in both Class 10 and 12; 87.70 per cent got distinction in Class 10. Hardik Mehta topped the school with 97.8 per cent followed by Samir Dalal with 97.6 per cent and Yug Porwal 96 per cent.

In Class 12, Nupoor Assudani topped the nonmedical stream with 95.6 per cent, Hrishi Mehta topped the Medical Stream with 96.8 per cent and Pari Balar was the commerce stream topper with 95.4 per cent.

New Era Senior Secondary School in Vadodara too secured 100 per cent result in Class 12 with 34 students securing above 90 per cent. Among school toppers were Maahi Desai who secured 97.8 per cent in Commerce, Vatsal Gandhi who secured 97 per cent in Science and Vriti Tandon 95 per cent in Humanities.
