BJP new office-bearers to meet today

The first meeting of the newly elected state office-bearers of the Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP),after it was recast,will be held here at the state headquarters on Monday in the presence of national general secretary (organisation) V Satish and other senior leaders,an official BJP release said on Saturday. While State president R C Faldu will chair the meeting,newly appointed national general secretary Amit Shah will also attend the meeting,for the first time after his election,besides senior leader Purshottam Rupala. The meeting will take up discussion on the strategy for the forthcoming bye-election on June 2,2013 for the two Lok Sabha and four Vidhan Sabha seats. Besides,the meeting will also work out agitational programme against the Centre’s alleged scams,like Coalgate.
