Another packet with drugs was found washed ashore off the Jakhau coast in Kutch on Monday, officials said.
Since April 12, 28 such packets have been recovered from the Kutch coast, according to an official statement from the Border Security Force (BSF).
The packet – believed to be containing charas – was recovered by a joint party of the BSF and the Marine Police from Ogatra Bet, about 15 km off the Jakhau coast.
Like other packets recovered earlier this month, “Afghan Product” was printed on the packet which roughly weighs a kilogram, the statement added.
The BSF, along with the Naval Intelligence Unit, had recovered 10 similar packets from Ibrahim Peer Bet Sunday.
