Ramadan 2023: Here’s how the holy month is being observed around the world

Ramadan is celebrated by Muslims across the globe with much fervour. The month holds immense significance for the community as it is believed that the Quran was unveiled during this time. It falls on the ninth month of the Islamic calendar and is celebrated with great enthusiasm by fasting, offering prayers, engaging in charity work and partaking in humanitarian activities.
