Friday is almost here, and this week brings a fresh lineup of exciting movies and series all set to stream on OTT platforms. From Kajol’s mythological horror film Maa to Rakhee Gulzar’s heartwarming Aamar Boss, here’s your weekend watchlist.

Maa (Netflix): Maa is a mythological horror film directed by Vishal Furia and starring Kajol, Ronit Roy, Indraneil Sengupta, and Kherin Sharma, among others.

Aamar Boss (ZEE5): This Bengali film, starring Rakhee Gulzar, Shiboprosad Mukherjee, and Srabanti Chatterjee, is about a 40-year-old publishing house owner, Animesh, who faces challenges when his mother, Shubhra, joins his office as an intern after recovering from heart surgery.

Peacemaker Season 2 (JioHotstar): John Cena, Danielle Brooks, Freddie Stroma, Jennifer Holland, Frank Grillo, Tim Meadows, Michael Rooker and others will be seen in an emotional, multiverse-spanning arc that ties directly into the new DCU.

Thalaivan Thalaivii (Amazon Prime Video): This Tamil family drama stars Vijay Sethupathi and Nithya Menen. It shows a couple's unstable relationship marked by minor disputes and an almost divorce.

Shodha (ZEE5): Shodha is a gripping thriller about a lawyer unraveling the mystery behind his wife’s disappearance.

Maareesan (Netflix): After the success of Maamannan, Vadivelu and Fahadh Faasil join forces for the Tamil film Maareesan, directed by Sudheesh Sankar.
