Aamir Khan will be spending close to two months in Ludhiana. The shooting of Dangal has been planned in villages of Kila Raipur, Gujjarwal and Narangwal.

Aamir Khan along with his wife Kiran Rao, who is also the producer of Dangal, met with the press. The actor spoke out on the recent controversy over the actresses being paid less than their male counterparts.

Aamir also spoke about his weight gain and the fact that he weighs 95 kilos, which is an increase of 25 kgs from his normal weight. His wife Kiran Rao said that there is rarely a time 'when Aamir is just Aamir at home'. Everytime he is into one of his characters so there is rarely a time when he is just Aamir. Aamir Khan also spoke about protesting FTII students said at the press conference. “It is very unfortunate that students are protesting for their rights at an institute like FTII. The authorities need to listen their grievances thoroughly and understand what they are trying to say.”
