HUDA to invite applications for vacant industrial and institutional plots in Panchkula

The Haryana Urban Development Authority (HUDA) is going to invite applications for vacant industrial and institutional plots in Panchkula.

The Haryana Urban Development Authority (HUDA) is going to invite applications for vacant industrial and institutional plots in Panchkula. There are 14 industrial and 16 institutional plots on offer. In Industrial Area Phase I,there are five plots of 1,000 sq m As per HUDA officials,these plots were resumed and presently no court case is pending for them.

In Industrial Area Phase II,there were four plots of 496 sq m and one plot of 1,000 sq m is available. These plots were also resumed and presently no litigation is pending against them. In addition to it,there are four freshly carved out plots in Phase II. One is of 1280.44 sq m,the second is 1054.52 sq m and two plots of 1076 sq m each are also on offer.

Among institutional plots,there are 16 vacant sites available in various Sectors of Panchkula urban estate. As per details provided by HUDA,one religious site in Sector 6 Mansa Devi Complex,five sites in Sector 12 A: one for Dharamshala,one for creche and three are religious sites,and in Sector 14 three sites for institutions are available.

One site for Dharamshala in Sector 19,one for creche in Sector 21,one religious each in Sector 23 and 26,two institutional sites in Sector 27 and one religious in Sector 31 are also available.

Soon,HUDA will invite applications for vacant industrial and institutional plots,in a prescribed proforma. After receiving applications,a committee,including Chief Administrator and Administrator of HUDA,Director of Industries,will make selections.

For institutional plots,a committee,including Divisional Commissioner,Deputy Commissioner,Estate Officer and Administrator of HUDA,will make selections, said Administrator,HUDA,RK Kataria.

HUDA is also going to offer housing scheme,as its officials are busy in making list of vacant residential plots available in Panchkula urban estate. These plots will be allotted through draw of lots. The rate would be around Rs 12,000-Rs 13,000 per sq yard. It is also identifying vacant commercial plots,which will be auctioned.
