Firing in college,two injured

Two students were injured in a firing incident that took place in Ludhiana College of Engineering and Technology on Monday. The injured have been identified as Ravinder Singh and Jagjit Singh,who were admitted at the Dayanand Medical College and Hospital. Both boys are said said to be out of danger. Shanewal SHO Gurbans Singh Bains said,“The incident took place late in the evening,after the university examination. The clash took place over the student union’s presidentship.” Reportedly,Harjot Mangat,who is the president of the SAD(B)-backed union,opened fire at some boys and injured them.
