Assistant Manager – Community Recognition (Awards)

We are seeking an ambitious and outcome-driven Assistant Manager – Community Recognition to manage and scale our awards. This role combines brand visibility with revenue accountability—owning the process of identifying, curating, and executing award opportunities. The ideal candidate is equal parts storyteller and business developer – someone who can build compelling narratives for submissions and also convert recognition opportunities into revenue outcomes.

Skills/Qualifications Required:
  • Graduate/Postgraduate degree in Business, Marketing, Communications.
  • Demonstrated ability to meet revenue targets while managing recognition / branding initiatives.
Job Description:
  • Awards & Nominations Management: Identify and secure relevant recognition platforms, ensuring high-quality submissions that highlight our achievements.
  • Revenue Generation: Own revenue targets linked to awards and recognition-related initiatives.
  • Content & Submissions: Draft compelling award entries, case studies, and nominations aligned with judging criteria.
  • Calendar & Pipeline: Maintain a pipeline of awards, track timelines, submissions, and revenue contribution.
