Let's begin with our top story. In the upcoming episode of Shark Tank India, Jain gives a second chance to a pitcher saying, “I can’t find that depth in you. If you are able to sell your product to me in the next three minutes, I will still invest.” Namita Thapar will also be seen expressing how young entrepreneurs add to the energy of Shark Tank India. The official Twitter handle of the reality show shared the promo with the caption, “Witness a set of gripping stories and interesting ideas tonight as #DesmondJi, #Nawgati, #Cremeitalia, and #Swytchd come to the Tank. #SharkTankIndia season 2 streaming now on Sony LIV, also available on Sony Entertainment Television.”

The latest episode of MasterChef India had contestants serving up flavours of India as the show celebrated 75 years of India’s food journey. While contestants like Santa impressed the judges, and guest judge Kunal Kapur, there were a few who left them really disappointed. Gurkirat, who served up a ‘deconstructed sarson da saag and makki di roti’, was made to taste his own food after which he realized that the dish was too salty and even the pickle was bitter. Ranveer pointed out the contestant’s childlike attitude and strictly told him to not let it affect his cooking. Aruna also performed below par and her plate, which tried to bring together different temple foods of India, was called “confused” by Ranveer.

Meanwhile, Disha Vakani, who played Daya in Taarak Mehta Ka Ooltah Chashmah for over a decade, has stayed away from the limelight ever since she welcomed her first son in 2017. Fans of the show have been asking for her return ever since she left and while there are no updates on Disha coming back to the show, a recent video of hers on social media, showing Disha with her family in a temple as they perform a ritual, has gotten fans pleading for her to return once again. One wrote, “Please ma’am come back.” Another commented, “Please come back to TMKOC.” One fan wrote that they missed watching her with Jethalal, played by Dilip Joshi on the show.

In other news, the Indian fans of Netflix’s hit series Money Heist were in for a surprise on Monday, Feb 20th, as actor Miguel Herrán landed in Delhi. Miguel plays the role of a young hacker Rio in Money Heist. At the airport, he obliged fans for pictures. In one he was seen wearing an olive-colored t-shirt paired with matching cargo pants. Later he wore a black sweatshirt. A video also showed him dragging his luggage trolley as he exited the airport. Several photos and videos of the actor from the airport surfaced on social media and fans were excited to have him in India. Some even joked about his purpose of the visit being a heist in the country.

Amazon Prime shared a video in which Manoj Bajpayee appears in Farzi as his Family Man character and says his team could have solved the case better than Vijay Sethupathi's Michael. Srikant then introduces the three main characters in Farzi but is interrupted by a call from Chellam sir, a character in The Family Man. Srikant also name-drops his aide JK, played by Sharib Hashmi on The Family Fan. At the end of the video, Srikant says, “If my team was given the task, we would have nailed it by now. What do you guys think?” Fan theories have suggested that both shows, created by Raj and DK, belong to a shared universe.

Moving on, Netflix’s Class actor Gurfateh Pirzada, in a recent interview, has opened up about his struggling period before he became an actor. Pirzada recalled cleaning bathrooms, making pizza, chopping meat in a meat shop, and doing other odd jobs to make ends meet when he was in Canada. Pirzada, who shot to fame with Netflix’s Guilty, with Kiara Advani, has once again wowed his audience with his performance as Neeraj Kumar Valmiki in Netflix’s web series Class, which is an Indian adaption of the Spanish series Elite. Pirzada is now attached to Karan Johar’s talent management company Dharma Cornerstone Agency.

Run BTS, the band’s popular variety show and ARMY’s stress-buster, aired its final episode, though the members promised to return ‘someday’. It was filled with the trademark chaos and havoc the band was well-known for, as they had to spar with each other, play volleyball, and finally ‘slippery soccer’, where they had to try and play football on a slippery mat. As the members head for their military service, they are expected to rejoin as a group again by 2025. The last episode, with all its hilarity, felt bittersweet for fans, as they shared videos and photos of the band members holding hands together and skidding down the mat together. “I will miss this so much,” one wrote.

Lastly, social media sensation Uorfi Javed recently had an unpleasant experience with Uber in New Delhi. She wrote about it on Twitter and Instagram and mentioned how the cab driver was drunk and repeatedly called her even after her ride ended. She also mentioned the driver first fled away with her luggage and returned only an hour later after the intervention of her friend. Uorfi got a response from the Uber support team which read, “We deeply apologize for the experience you had, Uorfi. We have a zero-tolerance policy towards the use of drugs or alcohol while driving on the Uber platform and are committed to the safety of all our riders to reduce such incidents.”
