Aditya Tiwari, 10, is gaining attention in Indore, Madhya Pradesh, for his unique approach to raising awareness about traffic rules. He sings self-composed songs to guide commuters through traffic.
In a lengthy video shared by news agency ANI, Aditya can be seen alerting commuters of the traffic signal. Donning a camouflage uniform, the boy sings and uses hand gestures to raise awareness. He further distributes candies to two-wheelers wearing helmets. “Thank you sir aapne helmet pehna hai (Thank you for wearing a helmet),” he says to a man in the video. He also gives a paper smiley cut-out to the man.
Speaking to ANI, Aditya shared that he has been spreading awareness of traffic rules for the past three years. “ I spread awareness regarding the traffic rules by singing songs composed by me…Just as Indore is number one in cleanliness, I want Indore to be number one in following traffic rules…When I grow up, I want to become such a soldier that people want to be like me,” he says in the video.

The viral video garnered over 69,000 views as many social media users hailed Tiwari for his initiative. Reacting to it, a user wrote, “Youngsters like Aditya Tiwari are an inspiration, making our country safer and more aware.” Another user commented, “Every child has capability to do well we give them better way education for society inspire to see.”
“Much needed in present times as few individuals didn’t follow traffic rules and other citizens who follow rules have to pay the price for their mistakes,” a third user reacted.
Sangeeta Tiwari, Aditya’s mother, shared that he has been dressing like a soldier and spreading traffic awareness by singing songs since he was seven. “Aditya wants to contribute to the nation as a soldier,” she told ANI.
