Industrialist Harsh Goenka has reacted to a viral video showing a store selling for Rs 178 replicas of Nita Ambani’s Rs 500-crore emerald necklace, which she had worn for the pre-wedding celebrations of her son Anant Ambani and Radhika Merchant in Jamnagar.
The viral video shows a jeweller in Jaipur selling replicas of the necklace in red, green, white and black colours. “Nita Ambani ji’s necklace is available for just Rs 178. I want you to give a gist of the price and the products that we sell. Customers are asking us to reveal the price. Only wholesale, no retail,” the man says in the video.
Reacting to the video, Harsh Goenka wrote, “Ab kya boloon! #marketing.”

With over 31,50,000 views on X, the video prompted several reactions from social media users. “Well india is best country for copy and paste,” a user commented. “This has always been prevalent in our markets. Anyone remembers Taimur dolls? Even a kid was not left from this. Sad!” another user reacted.
“Sir!! Hypnotic Appeal…… Knowing it one can’t allow it to influence the mind ….. Marketing strategy know it well than one can come out of it,” the third user said.
Nita Ambani was also seen wearing a huge diamond ring known as the Mirror of Paradise. According to Daily Mail, the Ambanis spent around $120 million (approximately Rs 1,259 crore) for the three-day celebrations in Gujarat ahead of Anant Ambani and Radhika Merchant’s wedding.
