Samsung has introduced its latest clamshell-styled foldable smartphone—the Galaxy Z Flip6 powered by the Snapdragon 8 Gen 3 and equipped with new Galaxy AI features along with an upgraded Galaxy Z Fold 6. At the event held in Paris, Samsung also unveiled its very first smart ring and the Galaxy Watch Ultra.

“Our foldables meet the unique needs of every user and now enhanced by the power of Galaxy AI, Samsung is delivering an experience like never before.” said TM Roh, President and Head of Mobile eXperience Business at Samsung Electronics.

The Galaxy Flip 6 has a 6.7-inch foldable primary display with up to 2,600 nits of peak brightness. It also gets a big 4,000mAh battery, the biggest ever on a Z Flip.  The phone has a 3.4-inch Super AMOLED Flex Window, which enables users to experience AI functions like suggested replies, access to Samsung Health and widgets without opening the phone. Protected by Corning Gorilla Glass Victus 2, this is also the first Z Flip to get a vapor chamber cooling system, which helps the phone maintain sustained peak performance with 12GB of RAM and 256/512GB of internal storage. The base variant of the Galaxy Z Flip6 costs Rs 1,09,999.

The Galaxy Fold 6 has a 7.6-inch 120Hz sAMOLED inner screen but Samsung has bumped up the size of the external screen from 6.2-inch to 6.3-inch. With a max brightness of 2,600 nits, the new foldable phone is protected by Corning Gorilla Glass Victus 2. It also comes with an improved dual rail hinge structure supported by a strengthened folding edge, with Samsung adding IP48 water and dust resistance. The 50MP primary camera is accompanied by a 10MP telephoto lens with 3x optical zoom and a 12MP ultrawide sensor. The phone has a 4,400mAh battery. The base variant of the Galaxy Z Fold 6, which comes with 12GB RAM and  256GB storage is priced at Rs 1,64,999. The new phones will be available for purchase starting July 24.

Samsung is calling its Galaxy Ring “the pinnacle of unobtrusive health technology,” which consists of various sensors to measure and analyze health metrics like sleep, activity, and heart rate. Just like the Galaxy S24 Ultra, the Galaxy Ring is forged using grade 5 titanium, which makes it a sturdy, solid, yet lightweight device, and is meant for everyday usage as a 24/7 health monitoring device. It weighs between 2.3 grams to 3.0 grams (varies from model to model) and is compatible with other Galaxy devices. The Galaxy Ring will be available in select markets starting July 24 for $399 (approx. Rs 33,400) and does not require any additional subscription.

The Galaxy Watch Ultra comes with a titanium cushioned frame and packs a 1.5-inch AMOLED screen that can go up to 3,000 nits. Here’s everything you need to know about Samsung’s latest and most premium smartwatch.

The Samsung Galaxy Watch Ultra takes on the Apple Watch Ultra 2 with its 1.5-inch Sapphire Crystal screen and 480×480 pixels AMOLED panel with 3,000 nits brightness. It also happens to be the first smartwatch to run on One UI 6 based on WearOS out of the box. Samsung’s latest software for smartwatches offers several new health tracking features like Energy Score, which, similar to Fitbit’s Readiness Score, gives users an idea of their body’s energy levels. This is calculated by evaluating your physical and mental conditions across four factors – sleep, activity, sleeping heart rate and sleeping heart rate variability.

Similar to previous Galaxy Watches, you also get a temperature sensor, accelerometer, barometer, gyro sensor and a light sensor. It is available in only one screen size and can be purchased for Rs 59,999.
