Pebble launches ‘world’s slimmest Bluetooth calling smartwatch,’ measures just 6mm thick

Pebble has announced Royale, which it claims is the world’s slimmest Bluetooth calling smartwatch, with a sleek and elegant design that resembles a luxury watch.

The smartwatch has a round stainless steel dial that measures only 3mm in frame and 6mm in body thickness. It also has a Super AMOLED 1.43” display that boasts features like Ultra Wide Color Gamut, Super Wide Viewing Angle, and always-on-display support.

But the device is not just a pretty face. It also has advanced BT calling features that let you make and receive calls with your voice, thanks to the built-in Voice Assistant. You can also access other smart features like alarm, calendar, calculator, and advanced health monitoring for sleep, heart rate, and SpO2. Battery life has been claimed to last up to 5 days. Plus, it’s water and dust-resistant, thanks to the IP67 certification.

Royale is also very light, weighing only 40 grams. You can choose from different strap options, either leather or magnetic, and different colour options, such as Whiskey Brown, Pine Green and Cobalt Blue.

“We believe that having evolved into an intrinsic element of one’s lifestyle, smartwatches should rightly reflect the same in appearance and design as well, and the newest Pebble in town is an ode to the ‘understated’ yet sophisticated approach towards life,” said Pebble co-founder Komal Agarwal about the new product.
