OnePlus today launched the latest smartphone in its wildly popular Nord series, the OnePlus Nord 3 5G. The mid-range smartphone is powered by MediaTek Dimensity 9000 chipset and comes with 16GB RAM, a first in a phone from the OnePlus Nord Series. The phone packs an IMX890 sensor and a lively 120Hz screen. The device comes with improved cameras and a powerful processor. Besides, it sports a 6.74-inch AMOLED screen that is protected by a Gorilla Glass 5. The OnePlus Nord 3 sports a glass back that exudes a premium look and feel. The device comes in Misty Green and Tempest Grey shades. It is priced at Rs 33,999 and will go on sale from July 15. The newly launched phone also retains the iconic Alert Slider, which is helpful if you want to switch the device between normal, vibrate, and silent mode. On the back, you get a triple camera setup that consists of a 50MP Sony IMX890 primary sensor backed by an 8MP ultrawide lens and a 2MP macro sensor. OnePlus says the Nord 3 will get 3 years of Android updates and 4 years of security patches. The device comes with a 5000 mAH battery and 80W SUPERVOOC charging. 'Best ever camera sensor on a Nord device' OnePlus claims that the OnePlus Nord 3 comes with the best-ever main camera sensor on any Nord smartphone. The device features a 50MP sensor with optical image stabilization for sharper and more detailed pictures. It sports the in-house algorithm TurboRAW for exceptional images in low-light conditions. Along with a 50MP main sensor, the device also features an 8MP 112-degree ultra-wide camera, perfect for landscape or cityscape shots. Another 2MP macro sensor lets you take close-ups. The OnePlus Nord 3 comes with a 16MP selfie camera which allows you to take advantage of the bokeh feature. The device can record video at 4K 60 frames per second and use AI Noise Reduction algorithms to improve the videos one captures. The Nord 3 5G comes preinstalled with OxygenOS 13.1. The company claims that it has a 40 per cent reduction in app power consumption and installs apps 15 per cent faster. OnePlus also unveiled the third iteration of its OnePlus Nord CE, the Nord CE 3 with Qualcomm 782G Processor with up to 12GB RAM. The Nord CE 3 has a large 5000 mAh battery and 80W SUPERVOOC charging. The brand claims that the Nord CE 3 can give the power to last a day in just 15 minutes of charging. The company has not disclosed many details, however, in its official release, it said that the device will be available in August. OnePlus Nord Buds 2r The company also unveiled its OnePlus Nord Buds 2r, a TWS that comes with 12.4mm Extra Large Drivers, Dolby Atmos, Dual Mics, AI Clear Call Algorithm, etc. Claimed to house the largest driver, OnePlus Nord Buds 2r brings out finer details when listening to Electronic, Hip Hop, and Rock. When it comes to equalizers, the Nord Buds 2r comes with Sound Master Equalizer which offers three modes - Balanced (default), Bass, and Bold. The OnePlus Nord Buds 2r is priced at Rs 2,199.
