Apple recently unveiled the iPhone 17 series alongside the iPhone Air earlier this month, but a few weeks after launch, several customers who purchased the latest iPhones are reporting that some Apple Intelligence is not working for them. While the problem is not widespread, it looks like the Apple Intelligence bug is affecting all four models, including the iPhone Air. This is causing frustration amongst users because the bug is preventing them from using their favourite AI features like smart suggestions, contextual insights and more, with the system repeatedly giving prompts asking them to download it again. In case you are wondering, the Apple forum has several threads where users are complaining that they are unable to use Genmoji and Image Playground. Also, some say that Apple Intelligence did work for them for a few days on the new iPhones, but they weren't able to use it after they changed the Siri animation to the old one. Apple seems to be aware of the issue, as one user says they contacted customer care about the problem and that the Cupertino-based tech giant has asked them to wait for an update that fixes the bug with Apple Intelligence. If you are experiencing the same issue when using Apple Intelligence, try force-closing the settings app and restarting it, reinstalling Apple Intelligence apps, and signing in to your Apple ID again. While both users and tech experts have praised Apple for bringing some iPhone Pro features like Always-on Display, LTPO screen, ProMotion and upgraded camera to the base iPhone 17, numerous people say that their newly bought iPhone 17 Pro and the iPhone 17 Pro Max are getting scratched. Apple commented on the matter and said that these weren't scratches but "material transfer", but popular YouTuber JerryRigEverything says these scratches appear because the anodised coating on the iPhone 17 Pro models' camera island corners doesn't have an uneven coating.
