Google will showcase a new photo sharing service at its annual I/O developer’s conference which starts on 28 May. The photo service will no longer be linked to Google +, the social network from the company.
According to the Bloomberg report, the biggest plus of the new photo tool will be the ability to share photos on Facebook and Twitter. The report quotes people who have knowledge of the matter.
Currently Google’s Photo service is linked to Google + , a network that is not really popular with users. Users can update photos directly from Android device to the Google + photos app and can even edit, crop the photos.
In addition to the Photo sharing service, Google is also expected to showcase the next level of Android OS, the Android M version at the I/O conference. An earlier report had said that Google will give more privacy controls to users regarding apps and permissions in Android M.

Currently the problem with Android is that when a user is downloading an app, it will prompt them about the permissions that the app needs. A user must either accept all these permissions or else they have to cancel installation of the app.
Another announcement that Google and Android fans should expect will be around Android Wear, Google’s platform for wearables. One session at Google I/O conference is titled Your App and always-on screen and will explore how to “transforms the watch into whatever app” a user is on from map to shopping list to fitness.
