Aircel introduces free roaming incoming calls in South India

Aircel has introduced incoming roaming calls in the five states of Karnataka, Andhra Pradesh, Telangana, Tamil Nadu and Kerala in South India.

According to a press statement from Aircel, the one roaming offer does not require any special pack and will give customers travelling in these state free incoming calls on roaming.

In addition to this, outgoing calls will be charged at a rate of only 1 p/sec for both local and STD calls, while all SMS and Pocket Internet packs will remain unchanged.

The free roaming offer will be activated on Aircel numbers from June 11, 2015.
