Microsoft had launched Lumia 950 and Lumia 950 XL with iris scanner last year. Iris scanner is seen as a more accurate way to safely accessing your device. Since iris scanner uses iris recognition, it is deemed as more safe and hard to replicate.
Further the leaked report confirms that Galaxy Note 7 will come with dual edge screen which measures 5.8-inches. In all likelyhood, the Galaxy Note 7 will feature a Quad HD Super AMOLED display with 6GB RAM.
The smartphone is also likely to feature an improved 12MP rear camera with dual-pixel phase detection autofocus. The battery is tipped to be between 3,600mAh and 4,000mAh.
With iris scanner, Samsung could spearhead a new revolution of every smartphone getting an iris scanner.
