Poco has announced a price cut for its 128GB storage variant, which would make this a more affordable option. The Poco F1 is now available with the new price of Rs 20,999 at Mi.com and Flipkart. Poco is Xiaomi's sub-brand, which was announced last year and offered the Qualcomm Snapdragon 845 starting at Rs 20,000. The company announced the price cut on its official Twitter handle. Poco F1 comes with a base 6GB RAM and 64GB storage variant, which costs Rs 19,999. However with the new price cut, the Poco F1 with 6GB RAM and 128GB storage will cost Rs 20,999. So for users who were still on the fence about getting a Poco F1, the new price cut ensures double the storage at a lower price and makes more sense than getting the base storage variant. However on Mi.com, the new price is only reflecting for the Red, Black and Blue colour options. The Kevlar edition option in this storage and RAM continues to be priced at Rs 21,999. The phone has a more premium Kevlar fiber back compared to the plastic body on the regular variants. Poco F1 also has an 8GB RAM and 256GB storage option at Rs 27,999. As pointed out, there's a more premium Kevlar edition as well. Poco F1 has a 6.18-inch full HD+ display with with 18.7:9 screen resolution. The display resolution is 2246 x 1080 at 403 ppi with 500-nits (typ) brightness. The phone runs Qualcomm Snapdragon 845 processor clocked at up to 2.8GHz with Adreno 630 GPU. Poco F1 also has LiquidCool Technology for keeping the device cool during heavy-duty gaming sessions. RAM options are 6GB or 8GB. Storage options are 64GB, 128GB and 256GB with the company using UFS 2.1 storage. The rear camera is 12MP+5MP with f aperture for the main sensor and dual pixel autofocus. The front camera on the Poco F1 is 20MP. The phone also comes with IR Face unlock, and a rear fingerprint sensor as well. The phone has a 4000 mAh battery with a Type-C USB charging port.
