
Micromax the Indian smartphone manufacturer has launched two new budget smartphones – Bharat 5 Infinity Edition and Bharat 4 Diwali Edition. Priced at Rs 5,899 and Rs 4,249, respectively both the devices will be made available in the offline market starting November 3.
Both the devices are a part of Google’s Android Go program and will come with 25GB of additional 4G data from Reliance Jio. To get the additional 25GB of 4G data consumers will have to activate the smartphone with a Reliance Jio connection, after which they will get 5GB of additional 4G data on recharges of Rs 198 and Rs 299 for up to five recharges.

Micromax Bharat 5 Infinity Edition sports an 18:9 aspect ratio Full Vision display. The device runs Google’s Android Oreo (Go Edition) operating system. It comes with 1GB of RAM along with 16GB of internal storage expandable up to 32GB via a microSD card. For security the device sports a fingerprint sensor on the back along with Face Unlock capabilities. It sports a 5MP camera sensor on the front and back to take images. All of this is backed by a 5,000mAh battery.
Micromax Bharat 4 Diwali Edition specifications
Micromax Bharat 4 Diwali Edition sports a 5-inch display and runs Android Oreo (Go edition) operating system. It comes with 1GB of RAM paired with 8GB of internal storage expandable up to 32GB via a microSD card. The device sports a 5MP camera sensor on the back and a 2MP sensor up front for taking selfies. All of this is backed by a 2,000mAh battery.
