Far Cry 6 gets 75 per cent price cut on Steam, here’s how much it costs

Ubisoft recently launched its Epic Games Store and Ubisoft Connect exclusive title Far Cry 6 on Steam.

Ubisoft’s Far Cry is one of the most popular video game franchises of all time. The latest instalment in the series – Far Cry 6 builds on its predecessor and takes place on a fictional island called Yara. Gamers get the chance to play as Dani Rojas, a local Yaran who takes on the dictator Anton Castillo.

Apart from stunning visuals and a destructible environment, Far Cry 6 features various landscapes and numerous vehicles like boats, jet skis and even horses. Players can also enjoy the game with friends in co-op mode.

Until now, the title was exclusive to Epic Games Store and Ubisoft Connect. But recently, Ubisoft listed Far Cry 6 on Steam and is currently offering 75 per cent off until May 25. Originally available for Rs 3,000, the base game can be purchased from Steam for just Rs 750.

The Deluxe Edition of the game contains the Ultimate pack and the Gold Edition that offers the Season Pass can be purchased for Rs 1,000 and Rs 1,250 respectively.

Far Cry 6 Game of the Year Edition includes the Ultimate Pack, Season Pass and the Lost between Worlds expansion and is priced at Rs 1,800. If you were looking forward to play Far Cry 6, this might be the best time to buy it.
