Fans in Mumbai might have to spend upto Rs 1,000 for India-South Africa ODI

The managing committee of the Mumbai Cricket Association on Thursday finalised the ticket prices for the coming India-South Africa ODI game, the fifth and final clash of the series, at the Wankhede Stadium on October 25.

“We have kept the ticket prices in the normal range. They would be priced between Rs 1,000 and Rs 5,000,” said MCA’s joint secretary Dr P V Shetty.

The match, a day/night one, is set to commence at 1.30 pm. South Africa are to play three T20 games, five ODIs and four Test matches on their two-month long tour.

Mumbai would be hosting first international game at the Wankhede after the 2013 India-West Indies farewell Test of Sachin Tendulkar. The stadium, property of MCA, had previously hosted a ODI against England in October 2011.
