American TV personality Kim Kardashian often faces criticism on social media for her personal life, including her parenting choices. A recent incident occurred when she shared a picture on Instagram depicting her children peacefully sleeping, which sparked a debate on social media. The photos showed Chicago, Saint, and Psalm in bed, while North was absent from the scene.
“The days are long but the years are short. Enjoy every second,” she captioned the pictures. Take a look at the post below.
According to people on Reddit, sharing such intimate family moments invades the privacy of the children.
“Nah, why is she posting this? The kids are sleeping. They are in such a vulnerable position here (asleep & cannot even consent to being photographed) and she is putting it out there for millions to see. Just keep this kind of pics to yourself, Kim. Is it really that hard?” a user wrote.

Another added: “Although her kids are super cute – I don’t think these photos should be shared publicly. It’s an invasion of privacy.”

A user commented: “I don’t mean this badly but who asked? Like I wonder what those kids think of stuff like this with the place and status they’re raised in, what is their reaction to ‘I let you guys join me in bed and I took a picture of you while you were privately sleeping without telling you and shared it to 200 million strangers around the world.'”
This isn’t the first time that Kim has been bashed by netizens for her parenting style. Earlier this year, she faced criticism for a TikTok video featuring her daughter North wearing heavy makeup. According to fans, a nine-year-old shouldn’t be encouraged to wear a full face of makeup by Kim.
“The emphasis on appearances will destroy these kids. I’ve lived my entire with a parent who was overly concerned with my weight, and my overall appearance. I still struggle with the consequences of it to this day. I’m almost 30,” a user wrote on Reddit.
